We look forward to welcoming you at Glen Gordon Guest Accommodation. By you confirming your booking with us, and you receiving a booking confirmation email from Glen Gordon Guest Accommodation, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions listed below:
Booking & Cancellations
Glen Gordon Guest Accommodation requires full payment upfront before your stay. This is payable upon confirmation email to the guest, when an invoice and payment details will be supplied. If you do not pay this within 48 hours, your booking will not be held.
You will receive a full refund if you cancel your booking up until 14 days out from the date of your stay. If you cancel your booking within the 14 days before your stay, we will refund you 50% of your booking payment total.
If you fail to show up for your booking without giving us any notice, you will be charged the full amount of your booking and hence will not receive any refund. If you have any questions about our cancellation policy, please contact us.
During your stay with us
Glen Gordon Guest Accommodation is smoke-free. Please do not smoke inside or anywhere else on the property.
Glen Gordon Guest Accommodation is not suitable for children. Minimum age of guests is 18 years.
Glen Gordon Guest Accommodation does not allow pets (apart from disability assist dogs). Please be advised we do have our own dog on site, and you will see him from time to time. He is a large dog who does love people, but please respect his space and please do not feed him.
Glen Gordon Guest Accommodation is located on a property that has other work happening on the premises. Please do not enter any work areas, or sheds or touch any equipment that is not yours. These areas are strictly out of bounds.
Glen Gordon Guest Accommodation is not responsible for the safety of your possessions either in the accommodation itself, or while stored in your vehicle. Please do your best to make sure your items are stored securely while staying with us.
Glen Gordon Guest Accommodation will charge the guest for any damages either accidental or otherwise and this may involve the guest paying for the accommodations insurance excess if required.
Glen Gordon Guest Accommodation will charge the guest for any keys that they may loose during their stay. This charge for Lost keys will also include any costs involved for a locksmith or other contractor to ensure continued guest security.
Glen Gordon Guest Accommodation trusts that every guest will take the upmost care, and respect our property during their stay. We want you to enjoy your experience with us and we hope you value this special place as much as we do.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter your name and contact information, we'll be unable to assist you with your booking or enquiry for our accommodation service.
