FAQ's

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Guests can Check-in from 2 PM onwards. Check-out time is at 10 AM. If you need to check in earlier or check out later, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Is there a deposit required to secure a booking?

We require payment in full prior to your stay in order to confirm your booking.

Is there onsite parking available?

Yes, we have ample free onsite parking available for our guests. We even have enough room if  you are towing a trailer, horse float, caravan or have a large vehicle or campervan. Please discuss your parking requirements with us at time of booking. We do have security cameras on the property, however we do recommend that you lock your vehicle and keep your valuables out of sight.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept payments via Bank deposit / Bank transfer. An email will be sent with your booking details and an attached invoice for payment. Payment is required within 48 hours of the confirmation email to secure your booking. 

Is the accommodation heated?

Yes, your accommodation does have a heat pump which can be used for both heating and cooling. We recommend bringing warm clothing and comfortable shoes for outdoor activities during the cooler months.

Is there mobile phone coverage at Glen Gordon?

Yes, there is mobile phone coverage at Glen Gordon Guest Accommodation, however it can be patchy in some areas due to the rural location. We recommend that you check with your mobile phone provider to see if you will have coverage in the area. If you need to stay connected, we do offer free Wi-Fi during your stay.

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. We require 14 days' notice for cancellations in order to provide a full refund.

You will receive a full refund if you cancel your booking up until 14 days out from the date of your stay. If you cancel your booking within the 14 days before your stay, we will refund you 50% of your booking payment total. 

If you fail to show up for your booking without giving us any notice, you will be charged the full amount of your booking and hence will not receive any refund. If you have any questions about our cancellation policy, please contact us.
